Laws Are Not Meant To Be Broken

Wednesday, January 13th, 2010

Laws are all around us. We feel we are bound are some and have to forcefully follow them. However, these laws are made in order to protect us. Some people make mistakes and others have to suffer. I would like to quote here the auto accident laws that are present in most of the countries. Corruption and bureaucracy however very easily leave some people without getting punished. Pa auto accident laws or the auto accident laws in Pennsylvania are a little complicated but are made for the befit of all. These complications arise due to some clauses that are included so that people are able to derive the maximum out of their insurance policies as well as out of the case if they are filing.

It may sound a little complicated to file a lawsuit. However, one has to in certain cases. There is no other option. As soon as you encounter such a problem hire an experienced auto accident lawyer. This has to be done really fast. It is critical in order to question the witnesses and also to completely take not of the place where the accident occurred. In such situations time is one of the most critical factors. One cannot afford to lose in on time. Now an experienced auto accident lawyer would be well versed with the rules and regulations of Pennsylvania. Thus, he would guide you to complete all the formalities involved in filing an auto accident lawsuit in Pennsylvania. All the formalities would be taken care by him. In fact in case you have a lawyer who turns your case down, there is no need to worry. Just keep your hunt on for a better one

Similarly, drunk driving accident lawyer pa know how to save their victim. These are much more sensitive areas. People die unnecessary due to careless drivers. Pennsylvania has its own strict rules against drunk drivers.

Why Study Criminal Justice?

Tuesday, January 12th, 2010

The Criminal Justice System of England and Wales includes such organisations as the police, the courts, and The Crown 500_1188932754_24709076Prosecution Service and refers broadly to the way in which they operate on a national and local level to control crime and to uphold law. Although, such phenomena as 9/11 and 7/7, the recent popularity of the Wire, and the tabloid media’s zeal for disclosing “information” about criminal/terrorist networks has promoted the need to debate and question the powers and the systems used by our law enforcers, there are other reasons for people with an interest in crime to consider studying a Criminal Justice degree.

The first thing for prospective Criminal Justice students to acknowledge is the diverse range of career opportunities open to an individual after graduation. A Criminal Justice degree is not only well-suited to someone who might like to work as a ‘bobby on the beat’ in a small town police station, or for the CID in a more fast-paced city environment. There is also every reason that a graduate may be able to embark on a career in law, possibly as a barrister or lawyer. Additionally, there is also the chance to focus on community-based work, such as rehabilitation for juveniles or ex-offenders.

However, Criminal Justice degrees not only teach how to enforce and uphold laws, but there is also almost as much of a focus on the analysis of why crime exists in the first place. This might include study of the social and economic implications on areas of high crime and why extremes and types vary from place to place. There is also considerable study of the notion of criminality, and the important acknowledgment of the scale of crime. A Criminal Justice degree today will also typically deal with the most relevant and recent areas of law and crime. These might include human rights, racism, terrorism, and the key issues therein. It is also possible to study such a future-orientated subject in the most up to date manner via home study or a course online, as well as by more traditional means.

Absolute Justice

Tuesday, January 12th, 2010

Natural law is the search for absolute justice. As it’s above all, it is the basis for laws. The idea of natural law started with justice-lawAristotle. At the beginning, the Roman law was only for the Romans. After, it was designed for the whole Empire. They concluded what is common and created the Ius Gentium – the nature law for all nations.

The influence of the natural law: – all man are equal, the movement to emancipate slaves as people were born free, there isn’t private property on the air and the sea, a child has the right to inherit, the answer for unjust enrichment is restitution. Natural law can change.

International law- there is a problem which casio or gmat, as who has the right to tell a nation what to do. Every nation have it’s own independence, is sovereign. The international law shouldn’t based on power but on mutual relationships. The natural law is the basis of the International law.  The importance of Int. law rised during the Nuremberg trials. The witness said that what ever they have done had been in the name of the law. The problem is that positive law is not binding when it goes against natural law – they did not obey the Natural law. The problem of the natural law – it’s not easy to define what nature is. Nowadays, equality and freedom from slavery are natural considered as part of the law. On the other hand, the Catholic Church is against artificial insemination and contraception – as they are against nature.

Is monogamy natural?

According to Positivism there is a price for every thing same as There isn’t an absolute standard but there is a clear standard. Natural law is the search for absolute standard – it’s not clear. There are some exceptions like killing is forbidden but you go to war, or self-defense. The roots are firm but you are not sure about details.

In positivism: - you are sure about the details and not about the roots.
